Rayplex Return Policy
We realize our customers sometimes order the wrong product for their project, or simply too much of any one item. If this is you, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (905 579 1433) any weekday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
Our Return Policy is simple and we’re willing to work with you within the parameters, as detailed below.
Customer can return:
- Defective merchandise
- Product ordered incorrectly
- Product not Needed.
Subject to the following conditions:
- Defective merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for repair and/or replacement.
- We will replace defective products with the same product if authorized by Rayplex Limited within 14 days from the date of receiving the defective products.
- Products which are returned as defective, and which upon inspection prove not to be defective, will be sent back to the customer, freight collect.
- Short-shipments and miss-shipments must be reported within 3 days of the date of receipt.
- A 15% restocking fee may be charged on goods returned for credit after 21 days.
- Merchandise returned as a result of customer error will only be accepted if the product and its packaging is in re-salable condition.
All items remain the property of Rayplex Limited until full payment is received.
Rayplex Limited will not accept any unauthorized returns. You must have the invoice number, date of purchase, part number, and the price you paid for the merchandise as proof of purchase.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- All returns must be in their original boxes and in "like new, unopened, " condition.
- Returns maybe subject to a 15% restocking fee after 21 days.
- There are no returns on custom, custom cut or special orders, color matched gelcoat.
- Returns will be accepted up to 21 days from the date of the invoice.
